How to make commitment
HALIYO’s Kaki vinegar is made using the traditional vinegar brewing method of “static fermentation”.
It is a time-consuming method in which Kaki is fermented with natural yeast, and acetic acid film is applied only to the surface of the moromi liquid that is exposed to air.
