Introducing a new sensation in tumblers, jointly developed with Kyoto’s long-established lacquerware company, Sato Kiyomatsu Shoten. We have applied the traditional Japanese lacquer coating technique to stainless steel tumblers.

The name “KISSUL” is derived from the desire to cherish the communication that begins when both the maker and the user “sip” together.

This hybrid of “lacquer” and “vacuum flask structure” offers excellent heat and cold retention, a gentle mouthfeel unique to lacquer, superior natural antibacterial properties, and durability that allows for dishwasher use. Even if it gets scratched, it can be repaired with lacquer and continue to be used.

■ Handling Precautions

◯ Do not heat in a microwave or oven.

◯ Do not place in the freezer.

◯ Keep out of reach of infants.

◯ Even if the parts you touch are not hot, be careful of burns as the contents and the rim may be hot.

◯ You may notice the smell of lacquer when you first use it or when you pour in hot water or high-temperature liquids, but it is harmless and will gradually dissipate with use.

◯ Do not leave contents in the tumbler for long periods.

◯ Keep away from open flames.

◯ Do not soak in hot water or water for long periods.

◯ Do not leave in direct sunlight or in high-temperature places such as inside a car.

◯ Do not scrub strongly as it may cause the coating to peel.

◯ Avoid strong impacts such as dropping or hitting the tumbler.

◯ Do not use sharp objects as they may cause scratches, peeling, or damage.

◯ Do not use abrasive sponges or steel wool as they may cause the coating to peel and scratch.

◯ Do not use thinner, benzine, or chlorine-based bleach.

◯ When using a dishwasher, place the tumbler so that no force or weight is applied to it.

◯ To prolong the life of the product, it is recommended to hand wash with lukewarm water using a soft sponge and to dry immediately with a soft cloth after washing.

◯ For storage, choose a place out of direct sunlight to prevent discoloration of the coating.

◯ Very rarely, lacquer can cause an allergic reaction depending on your constitution. If this occurs, consult a specialist.

◯ Each product is finished by hand, so there may be variations such as uneven coating or surface irregularities due to the manufacturing process. These are not product defects.

◯ We strive to bring the image as close to the actual product as possible, but the color may look different depending on your monitor environment and room lighting.
