fruit Kaki Vinegar is aged for over two years in noble rot wine barrels produced in the Sauternes region of France.
It is a special vinegar where you can feel the sweetness in the sourness as the scent of noble rot grapes soaked into the barrel is transferred to fruit Kaki vinegar.
– Aged unpasteurized extra-virgin
A brown, aged vinegar that has fermented and matured for over two years. Because no heat was used during the manufacturing process it contains live enzymes. The fresh aroma of kakis drifts floridly outward, similar to that of fruit wine. Due to its long aging period, this kaki vinegar is characterized by a mellow acidity deep flavor with a long aftertaste.
– French oak barrel
Limited edition product. A kaki vinegar that has fermented and ripened in newly made French oak wine barrels that were manufactured in Miyazaki prefecture. It is an opulent product characterized by the gentle and sweet aroma of French oak barrels and the scent that is unique to new wooden barrels.
